Executive Coaching

Over the years, I have met a lot of senior executives who are under tremendous pressure to deliver results. Many periodically get overwhelmed with business and personal responsibilities and expectations. And it’s not uncommon to have difficulty sleeping and relaxing.

I came to understand that Life is a simple three-legged stool, and by working to keep all three legs strong one could live a flourishing life. The concept may be simple, but making it happen certainly was not.

Life coaching is a cooperative relationship designed to develop the full potential of the client. It’s a similar kind of relationship that professional athletes have with their personal coaches to gain insight, an objective perspective and enthusiastic support.

Many of today’s most successful business leaders, professionals, executives, entrepreneurs and CEOs use the services of a life coach to take their lives, careers, or businesses to the next level. Life coaching should address both your personal and professional life to some degree, since they are always intertwined.

Business Coaching

Life coaching for executives can be considered a form of consulting. For example, you might hire a consultant to help your business with a specific problem in a particular area. A consultant may propose a solution and leave you to implement it.

On the other hand, a life coach stays with you to help you integrate the changes, develop new skills, and establish goals to make sure they really happen. This is one reason why life coaching can be so effective–it is one thing to know what to do and quite another to actually take action and make the change.

Life Coaching

Life coaching on a personal level will help you move forward and set personal and professional goals that will give you the flourishing life that you really want.

Most clients are already healthy, successful people who might simply be in a rut and want to make a significant transition in their lives and want the support of their own personal coach to make it happen.

Typically, we arrange 30 to 60 minutes calls about 3 to 4 times a month; however, this is very flexible depending on the client’s situation and desires.
